Silver Sonic Advance Re-do

I decided to make one more attempt at making Silver Sonic sprites in the Sonic Advance style.
I feel like, at the very least, it's better than my original attempt at this. The main difference between this attempt and the last is that this one wasn't and edit like the last, I made this one from scratch.
